Everything is quite new. We got the family room. It was very spacious. It had 2 private rooms inside the suite. Which was wonderful. You can control the windows and lights from the bed header so you don’t have to get up. Also each side of the bed has its own outlets 1 usb, 1 type c and 1 regular plug) which was more than perfect. The mattress and pillows were very very comfortable. The tv was great it even has free Netflix !!! You have free coffee inside the bedroom and free water. If you ran out of water bottles you can ask in reception as many as you want. The decoration of the bedroom was just very modern. We loved it. Location is great you are literally on the Gran Via. Which is the most transited street in Spain. The metro is a 2 min walk.

As many other reviewers stated, very clean! From the entryway,hallway, room and bathroom, all extremely well maintained. Noise from outside, was minimal, the walls are very thin, could hear neighbors conversation. I would stay here again.
