Room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Location was really good, being not far from Brighton pier and City centre. Staff were excellent. Parking was available for each room. Tandem arrangement had to be juggled but it was not an issue. I liked this place and would definitely return.

Location was ideal, cleanliness was exceptional, the efficiency of the check in system was great, no door key, all codes, which was great. My all time favourite thing was the decor and interior design. Super pleasing and calming.

The location of the property was amazing, just an incredibly short walk to the beach itself, and the surrounding area had many places to go, like pubs or restaurants, the place felt safe and the room was great.
