The owners were very prompt with replies and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. They were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely and service was excellent. Would highly recommend this guesthouse.

From the start Sal at reception was so hospitable and comical. I think his name was Nick who showed us to our room, again very pleasant. We only stayed for one night and the room was up to a good standard (No 41). Some reviews raise concern over the shower cubicle but I found it ok. It had hot water and a good pressure so yes I was happy and clean. Value for the price and a great location for staying in Chester and walking around the city. We will be back.👏👏
