The hotel was very close to so many things that were walkable. The staff was so attentive and approachable! The rooms were well-appointed and the continental breakfast was a nice added aspect of the stay. The staff was able to get us a car/driver right outside the hotel and deliver us front door to the cruise port.

This has to be by far the BEST apartment I ever rented while travelling. It was very well located, super clean, abundantly spacious and the hosts were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable about their town with suggestions of where to eat, etc. They were also nice enough to drive us to the cruise port to board our cruise. Overall, WOW! WOW! WOW!

We absolutely loved this place! The room itself was very large, with more storage than we needed, the bathroom was immaculate, and the kitchen was great for breakfast as well as a way to meet the other guests. We were in Civitavecchia for 2 nights before boarding a transatlantic cruise, and it was perfect for us. A 10 minute walk to the port entrance, 2 minute walk from restaurants and shops. It was cozy and convenient, just what we needed. The hosts have put a lot of thought into the guest experience, and it shows.

The guest house is well located, the room was well presented with a comfortable bed and everything you need. Francisco is an excellent host. He advised us on how to use the local transport facilities instead of using an expensive taxi. He even provided gluten free pastries for my husband - well done!

Mabell is so very helpful. She arranged pick up from FCO for us. She brought me to a few store before taking me to the cruise ship as I had forgotten a couple of things. We purchased dinner from her and it was absolutely amazing. Her dog Pupa is just so adorable. She's a happy little greeter. Rooms were perfect clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great. Air conditioning worked great. We felt safe. I think I could ask for anything and Mabell would try to accommodate.
