I was expecting a Hotel but instead this was a room in a private apartment and the landlord wasn't there when I arrived. I was left standing out in the street and I didn't see the name of the hotel anywhere on the building. To be fair I had received an email message asking my arrival time but I hadn't seen it because I was walking the Via Francigena, not reading emails. I didn't know how long it would take me to get there anyway, When I did finally call the property, the lady didn't speak much English but I was able to understand she would be there in 5-10 minutes. She arrived and all was well.

We didn’t get to eat the breakfast, but the snacks were excellent . The entire place and room were clean. Service was wonderful. We felt at home. Beautiful view from the terrace. We would definitely stay here again.
