This is a first class hotel. The highly professional staff provided service at a level you would only expect at the most expensive of luxury hotels, yet the price was quite reasonable. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, elegantly served, real espresso drinks (not self serve from an automatic machine) with an excellent choice of foods. We will return!

We travel often and, honestly, this is one of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed! The flat has a beautiful balcony that overlooks the river in Ivrea and is right near multiple amenities. We were able to eat dinner next door, have breakfast at a nearby cafe, and even made use of the veterinarian downstairs (who sorted our dogs’ return paperwork to the UK)! Speaking of the dogs: this is the most pet-friendly place I’ve ever stayed. Our dogs were each given their own beds, food and water bowls. 🥹 Our toddler was also given her own pack’n’play crib with bedding. 💗 Roberto, the host, was super kind, responsive and very helpful. Lastly, the flat is beautifully designed and incredibly spacious. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked perfectly. While the kitchen is tiny, it is super innovative, and I think innovation and design are key words here. The laundry line in the shower is a clever example! We would definitely return!
