We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, and the staff was super friendly. The location was perfect, close to everything, including the Grand Egyptian Museum. The hotel felt like home, and everyone was so nice. The staff and the owner helped plan our trip and set up tours with air-conditioned buses. Everything was easy and comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Manager Mahmoud was very helpful. We looked for the hotel and wandered another place and he came to pick us up after calling. Even 2 times...He was so kind and caring customers. Hotel room was very clean and fancy with Pyramid view. I could meet some lovely cat at the balcony and it was so special experience. Rooftop was fantastic, too. I definitely recommend this place and want to come again. Can't trust this price, beautiful place. Thank you.

I booked a stay for 7 nights at Phoenix Guest House for my Moroccan friend, and he had an absolutely wonderful experience! The guest house was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making his stay very comfortable.
