Had a really good stay in the dorm, which has 4 beds , it’s clean and comfortable with personal fan bych each bed. Shared bathroom and shower was very clean so was the whole hostel. Kitchen is well equipped and you can refill your water there. The location is right where the bus stops, a few minutes walk to the beach, nice and quiet at night. You can buy some drinks like juice and beer for very good prices there and there’s a couple of shops very close to the place. Patrick , who is the owner is kind and very hospitable, we shared good chats and I can only recommend this place for a really nice stay in Penitas.

Really nice grounds, patio and hammocks. The free use bikes were very handy for grocery runs and runs to other parts of the beach as well as restaurants in the evening. The lady that manages the place is so very nice The breakfast was the best I had since I came to Nicaragua and she made it 30 mins earlier than scheduled for me as I had to catch an early bus

Amazing place to stay at. Love the beach.The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly. Sunset was beautiful, lots of activities for everyone to enjoy. Had the opportunity to release the turtles. Definitely a place to visit again.

Wonderful staff - honest help with booking great tours, arranging accommodation, friendly smart people eager to do what they can. Air conditioning works for the room I selected. Shower not heated but still good. Some are saying it’s too far from town but it’s a 10 minute brisk walk to city center and 7 mins away from a good restaurant. It can be a loud city so better to be not right in the center
