I was the only guest so I had the whole hostel to myself.

Prime amazing location next to old dispensary 6meters away from the Main Street Mizingani road the touristic street , service is AMAZING Kassim was amazing , clean room and I felt at home since first night , the toilet although shared but completely clean always

Stone Town House exceeded my expectations. I booked a bed in a four bedded dorm and I was taken aback at the spaciousness of the room which was air-conditioned and had 2 fans. The beds were tidied up daily by the housekeeping staff. The shared baths and toilets were spotlessly clean. The additional bonus was having a tea and coffee trolley outside the room. Aishah who works there as a receptionist is a gem of a person... helpful, kind and soft spoken. The other staff there are equally very polite.

Really nice host. Good, healthy breakfast with vegetables, fresh juice and cardamon coffee. Clean bathroom and AC.

Location was great, the front desk fixed us up with tours, housekeeping did laundry for us. The only gripe was the Wi-fi wasn’t able to stream but we really weren’t there for tv.

My stay at Rafiki Apartment was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail in every aspect of the apartment. Firstly, the location was perfect for me. Situated in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to the bustling city center, Rafiki Apartment offered the best of both worlds. Whether I wanted to explore the local attractions or simply unwind in peace, I found everything conveniently within reach. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, well-furnished, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night. I also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to prepare meals at my convenience. What truly sets Rafiki Apartment apart, however, is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I made my reservation to the day of departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. They were always available to address any questions or concerns I had, and their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Overall, I cannot recommend Rafiki Apartment highly enough. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is the perfect accommodation choice. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

Best hostel I’ve stayed at in East Africa! This is an extremely clean, well kept, modern and lively hostel with great facilities and a perfect location. There are really nice private (but shared) bathrooms and showers, with strong water pressure and hot water. The common areas are super nice and the entire place has great wifi and international wall plugs for foreign travellers. The rooms are also equipped with great air conditioning which is a must in this area. Hostel provided nice linens and towels too! As a solo female backpacker, I always try to find the best and safest female dorms, and these ones were amazing! The staff was also super friendly and accommodating when it came to organizing little trips via their affiliated tour company, and getting me rather cheap airport transport.

The breakfast was good the staff were excellent polite and very courteous.
