The fine print
Please note that for all bookings staying over the night of December 31, 2025, compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner charges of AED 1,500 per adult and AED 750 per child (6-11) will be applied. New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy (applicable for all bookings staying over December 31, 2025): Hotel requires 100% nonrefundable deposit for the entire stay (including the compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner charges.) Deposit is to be collected 30 days prior to the arrival. Guests between the ages of 0 to 11 are considered to be child at this property.
The Guest at the age of 12 or above will be considered as an adult and will be a subject to adult pricing. No Refund for Early Departures.
Guests are required to show a valid original ID upon Check-In. Accepted IDs per UAE Regulations: Passport, UAE Emirates ID, or GCC ID (GCC Nationals Only).
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Important Guest Notice: Please be advised that the residential community facilities outside the hotel premises, such as the Gym and Kids Room, are not accessible to hotel guests. Hotel Guests, can however use the following hotel facilities during your stay: Private Beach, Infinity Pool, Cabana Pool (Located on the 14th floor, Adults Only, 16+), Gym (located on the 14th floor) and Ora Spa Sauna & Steam Room. Pets up to 15 kgs are allowed on the property. Additional charges applicable at AED 5,000 for security deposit, along with AED 250 for daily cleaning.
