We like everything at the hotel: accommodations, service, breakfast and such other facilities as swimming pool and lounge. The location of the hotel is extraordinary - right in front of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall (in fact there is a direct passage from the hotel to the Mall). From there one can visit the Dancing Fountains, gigantic aquarium and other sightseeing in and around the Mall. We received exceptionally cordial treatment from the two concierges at the reception - Mukhabbat and Salin. Without their kind help, assistance and advice our trip to Dubai and our stay at Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai would not be as successful and enjoyable as it was. I would strongly recommend my friends and all interested staying at this marvelous and hospitable place.

Location, location,location. If you want to be downtown this is the place to be! Hotel has been nicely refurbisched after the fire several years ago and looks great. The pool are is unexpectedly spacious given the hotel's location.

Best Birthday experience at the top. Plenty of snacks and varieties of cake courtesy of the Armani Group. Enjoyed it very much. Such a beautiful tower. Very hospitable multicultural workers. I will come back again.

The building is absolutely beautiful! I entertain my self just looking at it from 5:Tom to + If you plan to go up during sunset plan ahead . If you want to be up at sunset time exactly you should be in line by 4:30 max! The lines are insanely long for sunset time ..big mistake! We reserved 5:30 got there at 5 and got up at 6 so we miss the change of colors. Buy the 4:30 ticket ! Even the 4 and stay there as long as you want. From up there you will see the city as you were in a plane...hahaha.

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building...

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building in the world, the views are amazing and the photographers took some amazing photos which although a little expensive it is something to treasure. Two souvenir shops were on the top selling various gifts at really reasonable prices. Although we had a timed visit of 6.00p.m we were allowed in straight away.

Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

The view from the balcony overlooked the dinner cruises and water taxis on Dubai Creek and also the city skyline including Burj Khalifa and The Frame - may have been the best view in the city! Room was very large. We ate twice in the cafe in the lobby, food was tasty. Promenade along the creek good for walking/jogging. Location close to metro and there was a Hop on Hop off stop right in front of the hotel.

What stood out most was the atmosphere. Peaceful, well located, and close to everything. The canal view with the Burj Khalifa in the background was beautiful, especially watching the yachts pass by. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed, elegant, and very comfortable. The location suited my routine perfectly, with great running and cycling routes across Business Bay and all the way to Kite Beach. The hospitality was warm, attentive, and far more personal than a hotel. A stay I genuinely appreciated and would return to.

A beautiful hotel with a good location close to Dubai Mall and distinguished by the idea of providing private transportation for the hotel to several places in Dubai. It was noted that the size of the rooms is small and there are no classifications for rooms according to number if the number is 3 adults, so booking a new room for an additional adult is tolerated. In addition, the lower floors have an unwanted smell and small insects compared to the upper floors of the hotel overlooking Burj Khalifa, for example.

We went there to see the Burj Khalifa fireworks from Coca Cola Arena. This is my 3rd Stay i Rove City walk and 4 stay in Rove properly. In Early December we stayed in Rove Al Marjan. This is a good Hotel to Stay if you are in Dubai for Work. Special thanks to Miscline at reception.

The location was very close to the downtown. We were able to travel to Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa quickly in a taxi. It's 40 mins walk as well to the mall. Apartment was decent with the essential facilities. The swimming pool is amazing with good views of Burj Khalifa..
