I had done the booking through MMT - Make My Trip App - I...
I had done the booking through MMT - Make My Trip App - I received a bad surprise at the Burj Khalifa reception when they said the ticket was not acceptable - we had to get a fresh voucher from MMT through email - it took us 45 mins and we missed the evening view of the fountain inspite of reaching by 6pm. So do this step well in advance of your appointment for the tower.

purchase on the web, it's cheaper. the views are fantastic at any time of the day but in the morning better view of the Palm due to sun's direction. the 124-125th floors are enough. the digital pictures offered are very very expensive turist trap

Very expensive, and to be honest not worth the fee! Long waits and there really isn't anything to see from the top except shopping malls and desert! I wondered why it wasn't built where you can get a decent view of the funky-shaped man-made islands!

Most terrible experience.
Most terrible experience. I bought online tickets for 22:00. Went. there 40 minutes in advance, to be sure not to miss my time slot. We had to wait for 1,5 hr in different lines to get to the top and 40 min to get down. The lights on top are so bright you can’t make good pictures and the top is over crowded. Avoid this tourist trap, this is not worth the time and money.

The hotel is 5mins from green metro line and around 10-15mins to the red metro line(which we used every day, it connects to Burj Khalifa, Dubai marina...). The stuff at the reception and in the kitchen were so kind and always greeting with a smile. The room was exactly the same as on the images, so we knew what are we going to get. It wasn't any special, but it was great for the price that we paid!
