Belongs to a Bluechip group along with Bluechip Real Estate and Bluechip Development, established in the market for 16 years. Passports must be sent in advance for all who are there for the stay as per DTCM regulations. Signed contract with the agency will be required. A refundable Damages deposit will be paid by card directly to the company within 14 days before the check in and will be refunded on the same card within 14 days after the check out. Client will enjoy of Self check in from 3pm to 6pm, and Self check out from 1am to 11am (Late checkouts and early check-ins are subject to availability and will be charged additional, only with a prior approval) Guest capacity should be respected since unaccounted guests are not allowed.
