This one bedroom apartment is spread over 73 sqm, has capacity for 4 people, and is located on the first floor of Lamtara 2 Tower in Madinat Jumeirah Living. The interior is modernly designed and includes high-quality furniture. The living room features a L-shaped grey double sofa bed, an armchair, coffee tables, 58’’ HD smart TV with Netflix, beautiful carpet, as well as plants, decor items, and wall paintings. Next to the living room is a cozy dining area nested near the open kitchen. It has a round table and four chairs. The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to large glass doors giving access to a balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs. The kitchen at the apartment is neatly organized and boasts beautiful white cabinets and countertops. It includes equipment such as dishwasher, hot water kettle, freezer and refrigerator, oven, toaster, juicer, Nespresso machine, and electric stove. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses and trash cans are also available. The bedroom is charming! It features a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and grey bed covers, a yellow bench, mirror, nightstands with lamps, carpet, built-in wardrobe, and paintings. The room has a floor-to-ceiling glass windows, overlooking the beautiful greenery of the community. The bathroom at the apartment has a shower cabin with a curtain glass, a toilet, and a washbasin with a mirror. Toiletries like hair dryer, shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper are all provided. The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space.
