This beautiful one bedroom apartment is spread over 94 sqm and has capacity for 3 people. It is located on the 4th floor of Port Saeed Building in Deira, and boasts beautiful views and a colorful and cheerful interior. The living room has two large sofas, one being a single sofa bed for your extra guest, a rug, a smart TV, coffee table, as well as multiple wall arts, decor items, and plants. Next to the living area is a rectangular dining table with four chairs, nested near the open kitchen. The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to large glass doors, giving access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, for your to enjoy your morning coffee in front of the city skyline. The kitchen at the apartment is cozy and filled with wooden cabinets and black countertops; it includes all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, refrigerator, oven, hot water kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and stove. Inside you will find the charming master bedroom. It includes a large king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and grey bed covers, and topped with cushions. The room also includes night tables with lamps, wardrobe with hangers, as well as a chest of drawers with a mirror on top. The bathroom connected to the bedroom has a large bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin. There’s also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment; it comes with a toilet and a washbasin. Both bathrooms include amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper, and more. The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space.
