This cozy apartment offers breathtaking views over the Arabian Sea. It is conveniently located opposite the iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel and it is just across the street from some of the best casual and fine dining restaurants and cafes in Dubai. Few minutes away of the public beach and Wild Wadi Waterpark. The residential complex has lush green gardens, big and temperature controlled swimming pool with sunbeds and cabanas, kids pool, kids playground and fully equipped Gym with Yoga studio.

Located in the most iconic part of Dubai. Featuring world-class attractions such as Burj Al Arab and the Wild Wadi Waterpark, the guests will have a lot of places to explore and things to experience. There are plenty of restaurants, beauty salons, coffee shops and bars to choose from either Madinat Jumeirah Complex, The Mall or Jumeirah Street. The taxis in Dubai are very affordable and it is the best way to get around. There are also metro, tram and public busses that connects all parts of the city. You can also rent a car and use the navigation. It is safe place to drive and there is paid parking almost everywhere.
