Accomodation was good, clean, enough space, possition of appartment is fine. Surround of the appartment was a bit confucing. next to the appartment there was parkingplace, on which during our stay were some suys cutting the timbers of wood. I don´t know whether this was temporary activity, or standard, anyway this was not what we expect.
I general, accomodation was good an confortable.

There was small festival for the tourists, in the evenings local group played well known songs, it had pleasant community atmosphere. Everything you need is there, so close (shops, culture, ski slopes, mountains). Very pleasant people, helpful.
Owners
Karin and Lois were so kind. They prepared a welcome package and helped with everything.
Apartment
The apartment is beautiful. It's more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Unique, special and very friendly. We loved the garden. Just sitting there or playing with the kids. A magical place.
Sillian
Sillian is a beautiful little town. Beautiful houses and streets. We were at the local football field and we were also at a local game. All were very good.
Shopping opportunities and Lienz are also very close.
The hotel was fantastic, very clean, new and beautiful. The bedroom was also very nice, with comfortable beds.
The food was very tasty, the buffet gives you a lot of options to choose, plus the staff at the restaurant was very professional and also very kind with our baby all the time.
The hotel has also a stunning sauna area, plus two swimming pools (one for kids) . In addition a kids room/kids club is available, so the kids can play safely and have fun.
Very nice and guest friendly, we spent one week in two bedroom apartment on 2nd floor, we have included half-board in the restaurant in the building. Just couple of minutes by walk from Hochpustertal ski resort in Sillian and just 10 minutes by car to Drei Zinnen Dolomites ski resort in Italy. The apartment had a very authentic atmosphere, lots of wood, wooden floors, high ceilings, the building is 500 years old, very cozy.
The food was generally good with a variety to select from. The inclusive package with local wine and beer, softdrinks, afternoon snack, etc is worth it. When booking through booking.com, this is not included so you need to pay extra if you want it. The pool is great for kids but probably not great for others. Room was spacious.
Location of the hotel is great. Short drive from the different beauties of the dolomites.
The breakfast buffet was very good for the price. The owners of the hotel were exceptional helpful, friendly and highly competent when it comes to mountaineering, climbing and many outdoor sports. Whereas I was coming with the motorbike and it seems that bikers love that place to stay in order to access the Dolomites easily with daily tours. I definitely come back. Thanks a lot to Alexa, Sophia and Roman. :-)
Very friendly staff and very accommodating with children and when planning the stay.
Nice pool and very good location: in front of the train station and very close to the great cycle path.
Nice walks in the forest just behind the hotel.
Trolleys to transport suitcases from car to the room and back.
Food is also good.
Bathrobes are available if requested.
Nice and friendly staff/personel. Breakfast and dinner buffets were reasonable organized in this Covid period,
which is a real challenge because it was 'full house'
Kids loved the swimming pool. Parking next to the hotel was good and at no charge.
Good service from reception desk.
Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect, making it easy to start our excursion through the Dolomites. Can't wait to come back!
We liked everything that this guesthouse offers.
Welcoming and very attentive hosts.
The breakfast is varied and very tasty.
The dinner, which introduced us to the traditional Austrian cuisine, was excellent and the apple strudel delighted us.
Very friendly owner. Good location to go hiking in the Dolomites (Lago Di Braies, Tre Cime). The rooms were basic and very clean! Good breakfast. Recommended to have dinner in the restaurant of the hotel (price quality very good).
Had to leave early the next morning before breakfast so they put a breakfast bag together for me to take away.. no other hotel has ever done that for me 👍
