This beautiful cozy flat, completely newly renovated and refurbished, is located in Vienna's 18th district, one of the top districts in the city. A tram takes you directly to the Ring - City center in just a few minutes. The location surrounding the apartment has a lot to offer - two outside markets are nearby, as well as parks and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. All convenience stores are also within walking distance.
The 18th district is where tranquility of green oases meets hipster charm and wonderful architecture. Kutsckermarkt (450m): young and old meet at the Kutschkermarkt. Whether market stalls for daily shopping or market stalls that have been awarded the distinction of being pleasure stores - culinary delights are a top priority here. There are mainly seasonal products. Between fresh fruit and vegetables and colorful flowers you will find a wide variety of specialties. Cafe Himmelblau (400m, 5 min): with its charming and lovely flair this café is highly recommended. The offerings range from colorful breakfast options, to delicious cakes and pastries, to changing lunch menus. The places are - especially on weekends - very popular. Cottage District: on the border of Währing (18. district) and Döbling (19. district), you can see elegant villas and embassies as well as mystical, leafy crunchy cottages line up and a special elegance runs through the streets, you will find the cottage district in the 18th district. The streets are definitely nice paths for long walks. Sternwartepark (1,1 km, 14 min or tram line 40 or 41): perfect for romantic walks in the middle of the city.
