Enjoy the amazing view and high standard modern living in an outstanding location in an international environment right near the “Austria Center”, the United Nations, and near the Underground which leads you to the city center in just few stops. This apartment gives the atmosphere in the heart of a cosmopolitan city. In the complex you will find a wellness oasis for your well-being and relaxation with a sauna, relaxation room, fitness, changing room, shower cabins, lockers, toilets, etc. which can be used till 22:00h (10 p.m) daily. there’s A concierge service, as well as an in-house garage, which offers enough parking spaces even for visitors. The apartment has - a LUXURY brand kitchen including all appliances, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. , a dishwasher, an electric cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The apartment is equipped with modern designer luxury furniture (TV, couch, table, sofa, armchairs, etc.). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, mirror cabinet and a washing machine. With the room thermostat you can control the heating. price includes daily rent fee, garage parking space, high speed Internet, Netflix, SKY Entrainment, etc.
The Austria Vienna Center is located about 30 meters from the apartment and 150 meters from the Danube Island and Coppa Cabbana beach area can be reached in about 3 minutes’ walk. The Vienna Donau City as modern urban development is located only 8 minutes from the Vienna historic city center, as well as next door to the Vienna United Nations (UN) Building. On the one hand it is a green oasis of the Viennese population due to its adjacent location on the Danube, Alte Donau, Kaiserwasser and the Lobau recreation area, on the other hand a modern location not far from the city center of Vienna with a very good connection: U1 to City Center - Shoping mall: Donau - Zentrum - DC etc. The Donaupark is in the immediate vicinity as well as the historic beach resort Gänsehäufel. Numerous supermarkets, bars (Flow, 57 Restaurant in the highest building in Austria) and restaurants in the direct environment also value this location. An incomparable leisure time can be found in the Danube Center with its more than 260 shops, a cinema with 13 rooms, restaurants, cafés and bars.
