This beautiful newly renovated apartment is located in a central location with great public transportation in the prestigious 18th district of Vienna. It has a living room with a large foldable couch suitable for two people, 1 bathroom with a shower & toilet, a kitchen with a dining area & a beautiful bedroom with a king size bed. There is free parking at the apartment (private garage). We will be always available for your request. Self check-in. This beautiful apartment is located in the 18th district of Vienna, Währing. The apartment is in a quiet location, but due to the good connection to the public transport network you are in a short time in the city center (tram lines 9.40, 41/ S-Bahn line S45). In the immediate vicinity of the house are all the necessary shops for daily needs and also some doctors. There is a free parking space in the house of the apartment (private garage - you will receive detailed information after your successful booking). Self check-in is done via a key box at the house with code. The code will be sent to you immediately after your booking. In addition, you can check in independently at any time after 3pm on the day of your arrival.

Neighborhood info

This amazing apartment is located in the 18th district of Vienna called Währing. The apartment is close to the city but is still in a quiet and calm area. In addition there is a good connection to the public transport which means that you can go to the city center in a short amount of time (tram line 9, 40, 41 and train line S45). Close to the apartment there are grocery stores, doctors, etc. There is free parking in the house of the apartment (private garage - you will get all the informations you need after you booked). The Self-Check-In is via a key-box next to the entrance to the apartments. You will receive a code directly after you book. In addition you can check-in yourself at any time after 3pm on the day of your arrival.
