Property info

IMPORTANT: please read the description and check-in instructions. As stated in the title, for rent is an atelier/studio in the basement, not an "ordinary" apartment. The place itself is very basic, in an industrial look, but quiet and bright, the house is located next to a park. You see the studio windows on a picture in the gallery. The keys are in the right window frame. The safe code is in your check-in instructions. You get to the studio if you go downstairs, turn right and it`s the only metal door, on your left. The atelier has a bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine and dryer, kitchenette with a wood stove, a loft, and an open living room with a double couch. The air humidity vary during the year and weather conditions, therefor is there a dehumidifier which you can use according to your needs. The toilet is on the corridor. If you leave the apartment, go to the right, its the door on your left behind the starcase. The code is in your check-in instructions. There is NO reception, neither 24/7 service. SELF CHECK-IN. No assistance needed. It's a private atelier. No calls after 9PM accepted. Don't disturb other people in the house, they have nothing to do with my atelier. If you check-in late, follow the instructions and be quiet please.
