Organic farmer and conservator of the cultural heritage.

Property info

Raw industrial atelier/studio in the basement, not an "ordinary" apartment. The place is very basic, but quiet and bright, the house is located next to a park. The studio windows are on a picture in the gallery. The keys are in the right window frame. The code is in your check-in instructions. You get to the studio if you go downstairs, turn right and it`s the only metal door, on your left. The atelier has a bathroom with a bathtub, kitchenette with a wood stove, a loft, and an open space with a double couch. The air humidity vary during the year and weather conditions, therefor is there a dehumidifier for use according to your needs. The toilet is on the corridor, it`s the door on your left behind the starcase. As in every old house in Vienna, according to the local law, there is a rat bait in the souterrain. It`s safely stored, not accessible, does not affect any people and it`s far from the atelier. There is NO reception, neither 24/7 service. SELF CHECK-IN. No assistance needed. It's a private atelier. No calls after 9PM accepted. Don't disturb other people in the house, they have nothing to do with my atelier. If you check-in late, follow the instructions and be quiet please By more consecutive short stays when there wasn't possible to tide up between the guests, I might ask to either cancel the reservation for free or accept the state it is in and get back the cleaning fee.
