In general the staff were responding very fast in texts and in requests. The house is really well equipped especially for long stay. Value for money! I will choose it again for any future stay!

45,84 m2 m2 apartment in the 7th district of Vienna with a queen-size bed. It is a perfect possibility to spend quality time with your family, and friends or while being on a business trip. Numerous shops, cafes and tourist destinations are reachable on foot. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment is located on the third floor. Access to the apartment is provided by an elevator and stairs.

This apartment is located in the 7th district of Vienna, Neubau. It is a peaceful, green location. The nearest top street is Mariahilfer Straße. It is the largest and one of the most famous shopping streets in Vienna. It connects the city centre with the Vienna West Station. In the neighbourhood, you will find different shops, restaurants, and cafes which you can choose according to your taste. The transport system in Vienna is comfortable and easy to follow, so you can easily reach from point A to point B. Nearest means of transport in the area of the apartment: - trams: 5, 6, 9, 18, 49, 52 - buses: N8, N49 (nights busses) - subway: U6, U3 - high-speed trains Moreover, there is a direct train from the airport to the train station Wien Mitte and vice versa. From there (Wien Mitte) you will only need 10 min using the subway to reach your apartment.
