The location of the apartment was perfect, we were either 10min walk or 10min train/bus/metro ride away from everything. And although it was situated in a very connected area, it was soundproofed well and we didn’t have noise problems. The host and the communication with him was extremely easy, they always responded fast and picked up the phone when we called. The apartment was super cute and had all appliances you’ll ever need, also the terrace is wide and cozy.

Remodeled in 2013, welcome2vienna Kaiser Loft offers modern and bright apartments in Vienna’s 7th district. The Westbahnhof Train Station and the Mariahilferstraße, a shopping street, both are just a 5-minute walk away. Each apartment comes with a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area, a double room, and a bathroom with a bath, a hairdryer and toilet. It furthermore features a furnished balcony with city views. Several restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity, and the Museumsquartier as well as the Wiener Stadthalle, an indoor arena, can be reached within a 15-minute walk. A tram stops and 164 feet away, and the Westbahnhof Underground Station (line U3 and line U6) is a 5-minute walk away and provides direct connection the the St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the city center. At an additional fee, guests can use the one-site parking garage.
