The building is an antique, curious and lovely. My room had many windows facing into the courtyard and this lends a sort of community or communal vibe to the living spaces. I liked it a lot, it felt social even though I traveled for work alone. Mari's Metcha Matcha tea house is really sweet too, with delicious Japanese refreshments, food, and a little shop. It's also very close (2 mins) to the Underground and only a few stops to the connecting train to the airport. Really handy spot to stay in, and even better as a base for a few days than for one night only.
