Very nice and comfortable apartment, in the 10th district of Vienna, quiet part of the street, no distractions of any kind. Close to the metro station (5th station from city centre) and public parking (about 700m, 4 euros per day, cheapest in town). There are two market shops nearby where you can buy all you need if you want to prepare food, SPAR across the street is massive and has everything you could imagine. Apartment has everything you will need, kitchen is nicely equipped, heating is great, all in all, fantastic value for money. Communication with the owner was pleasant, we asked for help once and they delivered/answered in matter of minutes. Check in and out is without contact which was the first time for us but new experience and a interesting way of functioning.

    “The location is on the U1 Red metro line. The apartment is quite big and well equipped. The loft design with the windows gets a lot of light in. It was very comfortable for us, and our toddler enjoyed the stay.”

It's one-bedroom apartment with one double bed and one sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people. This studio comes with AC, a terrace, a welcoming kitchen/dining area, a bathroom/toilet, a gentle living room& a very comfy bed. Free comfy bedsheets & fluffy towels and WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find the basics such as salt, oil, sugar, coffee, and tea in the kitchen. Anything else you may need. We have a hairdryer, iron, and iron-board ready for you as well. :)

Neighborhood info

The underground U1 metro station "Troststrasse" is just a 3-4 minutes walk away from the apartment. From there with U1 metro line, you can reach the city center in less than 10 minutes. Many grocery stores are just right across the street. :)
