Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A security deposit of AUD 1000-2000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of AUD 1,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
