Superb location.
Superb location. Beaches with warm water (26C) in March to make swimming inviting. Restaurants & shops in Hastings Street with plenty of variety of each. Saturday morning at Eumundi markets which is always good value. Spent lunch at Bistro C overlooking the main beach & dinner one night at Embassy XO at Sunshine Beach which was excellent. Took a 1.5hr walk up to the Heads & back & saw some turtles & a Manta Ray. Good exercise.

Beachfront is 2-3X the cost for a similar units. It also has easy use car parking which is a big plus in Noosa. Good size balcony, lots of birds and no street noise. We were in unit 24 which was in the middle of the complex looking over a courtyard and was a 2 bed, 2 bathroom layout.
