The house was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed: large fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine etc. The location is great: across the road from the beach and only 1km to the shopping centre.

The house is just around the corner from the beach and is an easy drive from the hot springs. It was very well equipped, comfortable, clean and well renovated.

Links Lodge is situated at The Dunes Golf Links, one of Australia's top public golf courses. The lodging is located on the Mornington Peninsula, where several high quality public golf courses are located. I started playing golf at The Dunes in 2007 on my first trip to Australia and have regularly played there on many trips. The stylish rooms offer good space and have modern shower and plumbing fixtures. The nearby clubhouse offers a menu with good breakfast and lunch.
Golf tee times can be reserved, unless the stay is booked at times when course is closed to public play, such as when large multiday tournaments are held. I've found it possible on most trips to the area to get tee times at The Dunes. I usually stay at a small cottage nearby but this time it was unavailable part of my stay. I would consider the Links Lodge at The Dunes for another stay on future visits.
There are in room safes offer an extra layer of security for those concerned about safeguarding travel documents.
The lodging is fairly new and opened in the last few years. It is separated from the main clubhouse by a short distance and each unit has parking which is separate from common parking areas. My room was a two minute walk to the restaurant and clubhouse.

Booked a room at very last minute on the Friday of the Easter weekend. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and check in was easy. The room was huge and very comfortable, with a nice view of the bay. Check out in the morning was equally straight forward. A very comfortable stay.
Located in Tootgarook, a 4-minute walk from Rosebud Beach, Rosebud Motel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge.
Located in the heart of Rye, just across from Rye Beach and Pier, Moonlight Bay Apartments features free WiFi, a seasonal heated outdoor pool and free on-site parking.

My review was not left out of spite, our stay previously was great, however this time we found cutlery with food on it in the drawer, the crockery and cutlery was greasy and had not been cleaned properly by previous guests this should be checked between guests, I feel that the cleaning of the property is not great, the linen was very clean and we appreciated that, I don’t consider this accommodation to be inexpensive at $2400 for the week plus a $600 bond I expect better and don’t appreciate my feedback being referred to as spiteful
