The location is perfect, close to tram stop, a short walk to the beach, shops and the event I was attending at the Palais Theatre.
The room was meticulously clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed for my short stay.
The lovely young lady on the front reception desk was just delightful and helpful. Another big bonus was staff at The Prince were very easy to contact.
I will most definitely stay here again if I come to Melb/St. Kilda for another concert at The Palais Theatre.

The room was sufficient, though on the small side, it is really only for relaxing after a long working day. The Monash campus is conveniently just a short, few minutes walk, and there is a shopping centre just around the corner if you need to grab a bite or pick up some presents.

Moorabbin is not normally an area I would stay in (mainly because I know it so well) but my son and I were very tired and so opted in for this place and it turned out to be great. Dinner in restaurant had very good starters and wonderful main. Service from some staff very engaging, others very quiet. This is an old brick hotel half way through a facelift: my room had lovely wooden furniture, but the walls probably haven't been painted in a few decades; modern looking bathroom on first inspection, but look in the corners and notice the age.
