This romantic cottage with a fireplace creates a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by nature yet within walking distance to "Gallery Walk" with an abundance of cafes, restaurants, winery & Gin Bar plus, plus a Brewery & cheese factory right at the end of your street. An easy 15min walk through the rainforest will take you to the beautiful waterfall "Curtis Falls". The cottage contains a mini-kitchen with all your basic cooking supplies and if you prefer to dine out, almost everything the Mountain has to offer is within walking distance, so popping out to eat is easy. We provide tea, plunger coffee, olive oil and condiments. There are 2 supermarkets less than 2 min drive away to get your groceries. Please note: We cannot accept bookings for brides getting ready for a wedding, we can only have 2 guests at the property, one car and no visitors.
I love providing unique experiences for busy people to find their calm and connect back to each other and nature. I live on the property (in another cottage) so am close by if you need anything. You generally won't see me unless needed, but I'll be available to answer and questions via this app. Kara
The cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the beauty of Tamborine Mountain. This area (the Scenic Rim) was recently declared by Lonely Planet as one of it's Top 10 "must visit" destinations in the world! Do some hiking at various spots really close to your cottage. Discover several wineries, dozens of fantastic restaurants, view the glow-worms or simply relax at the cottage in your own slice of rainforest…hang out with the visiting wallabies and kookaburras, relax in your spa bath and maybe indulge in a massage without leaving the cottage.
