Just 3 years old, and located in a quiet, family safe street, this comfortable home is an easy 650 m stroll to Geographe beach or 1.3km to jetty. Or bring your bikes to get around the city centre. Duke Cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, free WIFI, a large outdoor BBQ setting and secure remote garage parking for 2 cars. Pets welcome, must advise when booking. No School Leavers celebrations or parties.
