A complimentary bottle of bottle of quality Hunter wine will be waiting to welcome you. Our home comprises four bedrooms with the master bedroom downstairs, complete with a king bed and an ensuite. Upstairs there is another master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, a shared bathroom and 2 more bedrooms each with twin beds. All beds are made up with quality linen and towels are provided. A large open plan kitchen and butlers pantry comes well equipped to cook up a great meal and tea, coffee and milk are provided. The lounge and dining areas are cosy and comfortable with ducted air-conditioning throughout the house. At the rear of the property catch glimpses of the country view beyond and relax outside with a wine and cheese board in the alfresco area. Watch the beautiful sunsets over the farmlands and mountains whilst enjoying a BBQ. The property also boasts: - Well-appointed laundry with Fisher and Paykel washing machine and dryer. - Ducted AC throughout - Quality new appliances - Unlimited Wi-Fi - Smart TV in both living areas - Fully fenced yard - Quiet Cul De Sac Location

Some of my properties are located only minutes from our world-class wineries and restaurants and others are in the Historic Maitland Region. All properties are equipped with everything you need for a 5-star experience. They are comfy, stylish and scrupulously clean. Whether it's for a night or a long term stay we are excited to welcome you to your home away from home.
We are only 8 mins drive to Maitland. Visit mymaitland website for restaurants, pubs, cafes, takeaways and much more. Maitland has a outdoor olympic pool and indoor heated pool as well as some great children's playgrounds. Walka Water Works is a nice place for a picnic and walk and sometimes on a sunday they have a mini railway and train set up. We have a lovely Art Gallery with cafe and children's activities in the school holidays. Head to Greenhills at East Maitland for our beautiful new shopping centre, TimeZone and Kids World Play for 0-11 yr olds. Battlezone Laser Tag is also at East Maitland. Head to Rutherford for Ten Pin Bowling. At Thornton you will find Inflatable world and Gravity. We are 10 mins to historic Morpeth. Morpeth has delightful cafes, historic pubs, old stores and art galleries. We are only mins to local wedding venue including Tocal, Shepherd's Corner and Wallalong House.
