The location is perfect, close to tram stop, a short walk to the beach, shops and the event I was attending at the Palais Theatre. The room was meticulously clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed for my short stay. The lovely young lady on the front reception desk was just delightful and helpful. Another big bonus was staff at The Prince were very easy to contact. I will most definitely stay here again if I come to Melb/St. Kilda for another concert at The Palais Theatre.

It is an old motel in need of much work, the price was alittle expensive for the condition of this motel, it was clean the sheets were crisp the bathroom clean, as was the kitchen utensils It was convenient to travel to Melbourne Airport to collect a traveller stay another night and head home the next day, rather than pay for very expensive Hotels at Melbourne Airpot

This motel was conveniently located to the venue of the event I was attending. The room was clean and comfortable although dated, it was showing definite signs of its age and could do with a renovation. TV worked but not had problems. For me it suited my purpose and I would stay there again. Being so close to a plethora of Asian restaurants within walking distance made it better

Beautiful location right near the Carnegie centre, walking distance for sure. Owners were absolutely amazing and very lenient with checking in early as we didn’t know Melbourne well and wanted to be able to get there when we needed to. They were very lovely and friendly when messaging, would for sure stay here again! Amazing pricing for what we got!

Perfect Location for our purpose and very reasonably priced. The Gentleman at reception was very helpful and all staff were very friendly. They were working around the establishment painting, fixing things and our room was serviced every day. It was just a small walk to shops, hotels, restaurants and public transport if needed.

The hotel is in a good location, basically next door to shopping centre, train station is a 5 minute walk. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable, heater worked well and kept us warm. Parking at the door if you have a car.

I booked a cheap room and got what I paid for. If I wanted luxury, shouldn’t have booked the cheapest place. Location was okay (in the sense of near the places I needed to get to - hard to get in and out of though).
