The Garden Suite is a ground floor, unstaffed, self-contained, purpose renovated apartment, within, but entirely separate to our family home... two homes in one effectively! Your space is your own and you will have complete privacy to come and go as you please. Modern and stylishly decorated, sleeping up to 2 adults, featuring a private garden courtyard, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, living and dining areas and a separate private entrance, accessible via contactless self check-in. Located in Brisbane's leafy inner western suburbs, we are within walking distance of cafe's, restaurants, shopping centres, public transport, parks, walking trails and outdoor exercise equipment. We are located just 10km from Brisbane's CBD and 21km from the domestic and international airports.
I enjoy time with family, gardening, writing, website design, hiking, skiing and tennis. I run three businesses from home and enjoy sharing my home with respectful guests.
Our neighbourhood is peaceful, friendly, welcoming and has a true community feel about it. Though only 10km from the CBD, our little neck of the woods is surrounded by the Cubberla Creek Reserve and only 5km from the rural country area of Brookfield... so we're in the city, but far enough away from the noise and chaos. Turn left out of the properties gates and you're just steps away from extensive parklands and walking trails... turn right and you're less than 300m from a number of local cafe's and award winning restaurants. Enjoy easy access to cinemas, museums, shopping centres, art galleries and sporting stadiums. Our property is also very close to the popular Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, situated along the Brisbane river.
