Being able to check in after arriving from the Airport early was greatly appreciated. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy, bed and pillows were comfortable. Very little road noise and within walking distance to everything.

We love heritage properties, so really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, high ceilings with views to the river. A great location, awesome staff who were able to accommodate an early check-in. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Mr. Nick is a very helpful staff and professional work.

Rooms were great. The location is central and easy access to the South Bank. The restaurant was sensational for dinner and breakfast.

The staff were fabulous and helped out with luggage storage, and late checkout as we arrived late. I would love to have stayed longer and made use of the pool - it looked beautiful!

The declaration is very hi-end with well-designed. It makes my wife wondering how much I paid for the hi-level hotel. The bed is very comfortable with real king-sized.
