This studio apartment has recently been updated and restyled. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bath, open plan lounge/bedroom with a queen bed and a small dining area. Convenient and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Perth. Reverse cycle airconditioning is available for heating and cooling. There is a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Free WiFi for light to medium useage. This charming apartment is ideal for singles or couples. This studio apartment is so close to the Perth CBD and the beautiful Kings Park! We provide you with fresh towels and linen as well as some basic supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics that you need. There is also an oven and cooktop, kettle, toaster and fridge. This apartment is up one level from street level. Stair access only (there is no elevator). There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment but you will have access to the communal laundry downstairs - this includes washing machines and a dryer that need to be paid for by card only - no cash. Washing lines are also located near the laundry. There is a laundry basket, airer, iron and ironing board in the apartment. Although Malcolm Street is an older style building it is clean and well maintained. Both the apartment and complex are safe and secure with a gate at the entrance, gate on the driveway and a gate on the back stairwell. Parking is limited and available only on request. It does need to be booked and there is a small daily fee. There are 2 options - a street parking permit or a secure parking bay which has a height restriction of 2mtrs.

Perfect for corporate & business stays as Malcolm Steet is an extension of St Georges Terrace. Walking distance to all the city restaurants & cafe not to mention shopping outlets and North Bridge is just a stone throw away. Jump on any bus Free going into the city from here! We have hospital stays being close to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, The New Children's Hospital and Hollywood Hospital. Perfect for the University of Western Australia as many buses go past our door and will drop you at all the hospitals and UWA. Our guests love our location and the rich heritage of the complex at Malcolm Street.
