Staff were friendly and excellent, very helpful

All good, perfect location, close to everything

The staff very good and welcome

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and had great views. Would highly recommend it and would go back.

This newly renovated hotel is a gem - primarily because the staff are first class! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assist. We had a minor issue with our fridge, and the staff went above and beyond, offering us an upgrade and bending over backwards to assist. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was first-rate. Loved the onesie and slippers in the room, and the 9th-floor suite was stunning. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be back!

It’s has a car park , close to the city, balcony and nice beer bar

Great style. Staff were very willing to help.

The lady who did my my check in on Tuesday night was amazing even the guy who helped out with my printing the following day. Fascinated by the warm welcome and amazing service with a smile. God bless

The building and the interior fit out the staff was outstanding top notch.

Close to everything awesome staff. Been coming here for over 41 years. Still great value. Free drink and meal included from their restaurant. Awesome staff. So friendly

Location was great, atmosphere was happy. The bed was soo comfortable and I had the best sleep. Toiletries were provided, as we're tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Very handy having the restaurant downstairs, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Was clean, looked nice, and good location

The location is convenient. The use of contactless check in is good so long as you receive the codes.
