You'll love the al fresco with mini putting green & open fire in the garden. Inside are two large living spaces (both with smart TV's), a fully kitted out kitchen & study nook, plus 4 bedrooms. This gorgeous family retreat has a touch of elegance and will suite travellers looking for something extra special. This newly furnished home has been thoughtfully styled & set up for travellers who expect the little extras in a holiday home. The ground floor comprises of: Kitchen Living room with TV & gas fire Dining Powder room King master suite with en suite & TV - ceiling fan Alfresco with TV, BBQ, putting green & Fire Upstairs you will find: Living room with smart TV Study nook 1 x king room - ceiling fan 1 x 2 king single room - ceiling fan 1 x 2 king single room - ceiling fan Family bathroom with bath There are boogie boards, beach chairs, cricket bat & balls, mini golf clubs and balls and frisbees at the home for guests to use. THE GARAGE IS LOCKED FOR THE OWNERS USE - THERE IS SPACE FOR TWO CARS ON THE DRIVEWAY ***ALL TOWELS AND LINEN ARE INCLUDED IN THE CLEAN PRICE - NO BEACH TOWELS THOUGH** I will be available by phone or the booking site. A beautiful quiet street with a footy oval at the end of the road (2 minute walk), plus cricket pitch with nets. The location is great! Just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Our home is not suitable for younger children due to the stairs - we request that only families with older children book our home, thanks!
