Perfect location for sporting families. 2nd time we have stayed here. Great value, clean comfortable rooms. We had a large team staying at the same time, did not hear any noise. Great cafe next door for quick breakfast. Have recommended the Lodge to everyone in the AFL community needing an easy place to stay close to Blacktown AFL ground.

Convenient location, comfortable and roomy. Had sink which was handy (but didn’t have plug). Beds were comfy and once shower regulated was good pressure. Could do with another towel racks (nowhere to hang more than 2 wet towels). Had charging points within PowerPoints which was handy, good amount of PowerPoints, strong wifi reception. Lots of parking available. Bit dark at back of hotel if parking at night, security walking around property. Walls were thin and could hear others coming and going all night/early morning in corridors, as well as coughing, talking in next room. Bedside lights flickered constantly which was concerning so didn’t use.

The Coliseum is an impressive building with value-for-money meal options. However, it was a bit disconcerting to stumble out of a fairly refined theatre performance into the vast pokies hall that no doubt funded the theatre - it was so big I needed directions to get out.

I always loved staying at Novotel because of the big rooms, amenities and friendly staff. However, some of the cushion could be replaced or washed regularly, it was dusty and itchy. Also, there's not a lot of dining options considering it's Christmas and boxing day. Their own restaurant is closed and the club had very little options. Otherwise, it could had been a perfect stay.

I booked very last minute for a work trip. This place is so cosy. Sure there is a hotel downstairs but I didn't hear any loud noises or anything disturbing me. And KFC on your doorstep so I was very happy. The rooms are HUGE! and the customer service is amazing. I will be booking again when back in area for work for sure

It felt like a home away from home friendly staff and welcoming and great location as we had a function at the line pine tavern rooty hill..stayed here before with our kids and family friends family and we all had a great time.we sure will be returning to Novotel rooty hill..thank you for a wonderful experience.👍😊

Room larger than expected. Well appointed with large bathroom. Bed was huge. Close to Servo for fuel and right beside a KFC for those inclined. Downstairs is a Hotel with full bar service, a gaming room and a restaurant. Food and service were great. It was great for me as I was working nearby.

quiet spacious rooms with comfy beds and good pillows. Bathrooms roomy and well stocked. breakfast is great ample secure well lit parking and the RSL has a great variety of meals at Eat St great pool and gym walking distance laundry facilities and ice machines on every floor

Novotel Sydney West HQ was in a great location for our needs. There was plenty of undercover parking'. Upon arrival we were greeted by lovely, friendly staff. As expected room was spacious and clean, bedding was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed.

The property is conveniently located next to the Sydney Coliseum Theatre where we attended a show. It is also a reasonable walk from Rooty Hill Station and an even shorter walk if catching a 723 or 728 bus.

We didn't need to leave to get what we needed. just a 30m walk to go to rooty hill RSL for a food court for our dinner requirements, and the buffet breakfast in the novotel's restaraunt was outstanding

Cleaning staff readily sought to replenish things I needed when asked. Room 7 was quite roomy, room 3 not as much, but beds were comfortable. Close to Rooty Hill (went for Madagascar the musical)

For a place for an overnight stay it was okay, and the bistro downstairs was very handy with lovely staff. The hotel guy helped us with our luggage up the stairs which assisted us greatly.
