THE SPACE: Pool View City Centre Apartment 202 is situated on the second floor, accessible by lift from the underground garage or by stairs and lift from the street. The large air-conditioned lounge area opening onto a private balcony with a pool view and BBQ offers a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay. All air-conditioned bedrooms have quality mattresses, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a good size ensuite, king size bed, walk-in closet, porta cot for your little one, and a sliding glass door access to the main balcony. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds and closet. The unit comes with another bathroom with bathtub, separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and high-quality towels and bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven as well as all basic kitchenware. An in-build coffee machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience. One allocated parking spot in the building garage is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool and small gym. We have four three-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment (Stylish Park View City Apartment 103, Stunning Ground Floor City Apartment 104, Parkview City Apartment 201, Pool View City Centre Apartment 202, Pool View City Centre Apartment 206) in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings.

Neighborhood info

The Cairns Esplanade is the jewel in the Cairns crown. It is very popular with locals for walking, jogging, cycle pathway, exercise equipment at various locations along the length of grassy, well-maintained lawns . The expansive parks and gardens are beautiful. There is a concrete pathway along the beach and is a must for walking. Just across the road is Munro Martin Parklands and only 6 minutes walk on the Esplanade is a terrific water playground and jungle play area for kids. The southern end of the Esplanade has many bars and restaurants to choose from, as well as a world-class casino with restaurants (and is adjacent to the main shopping area). Here you will find plenty of tour booking agents for a big range of reef, rainforest, tablelands tours scenic flights, fishing trips, balloon flights, and other specialty tours.
