Great location on the Esplanade. Great shower and bath products. Elevator was pretty fast. Wi-fi worked well.

I stayed in a different room, not across the street from Gilligan's. I had an excellent stay and quiet night.

This was our second time here. Can't fault anything. Excellent location, well maintained facilities, impeccable room service, amazing breakfast, morning coffee and evening drinks at the executive lounge (worth booking), beautiful views, and friendly staff. Everything was as you would expect or even more. It was one of our best hotel staying experiences.

Staff all were above and beyond. Kim in particular was so happy to assist with all our questions and requirements.

First, the staff was amazing-.from Sena at check-in to iggy helping with activities to Ben at the desk to Josh entertaining us when we were awake at 4 am and begging for coffee to Megan helping us with our bill and travel advice to Matthew helping us with luggage. What a delightful crew!!! And accommodating to anything we needed or was missing. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and the location was ideal for walking the city!!

The room I stayed in was amazing. There was a washer & dryer with a kitchen, living room & balcony. I was facing the back side, but it was great for sunset.

One of the finest places I have ever stayed. The hotel had round the clock biscuits and coffee to help ourselves. Staffs were so good and kind. The place was in the center of the city with many restaurants nearby. It was right next to Woolworths. And walking distance to esplanade and night market

Great location, clean and comfortable.

The property was perfect for a solo female traveller such as myself. Located on a quiet street, the studio apartment was clean and contained it had all that I needed. It was a quick walk to everything from the mall to the Esplanade.

Awesome friendly & helpful staff, so central to everything ya wanna do in the city, under cover parking, the pool, the bar, everything was awesome thx, 100% if we ever come back to Cairns (which is extremely likely!!) we will be booking here.

Accomodation was very close to where we had to be.
