O - There is a Minut home sensor in this property, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if some alarms are touched. Below in "other things to note" you will find more details on how we conduct check in, what we provide and other aspects of our service. Other Things to Note O - Check in - We have in person check ins at our properties that we host. We manage the property on behalf of the owner and as part of our contract with them we don’t have a self check in option. For check in, the person that booked must be the person that checks in (exceptions made for a corporate booking or insurance company). We reserve the right to ask all guests for ID and will complete a form at check in. a. Late check in – as our check ins are in person we can meet you at any time between 3-9pm at the property. Any check in after 9pm is 60 and after midnight is 100. b. Early Check in – we will only be able to confirm in the day or two days before your check-in however we can add an extra cleaner to turn it round faster in some cases O - Third party booking/check in – The person that booked must be the person checking in, therefore we can’t provide for third party bookings and check ins.
