If you’re dreaming of the kind of beach holiday that consists of slow lazy mornings, an easy stroll down to the beach to wiggle your toes in the sand or take a refreshing swim, before spending the day café hopping and discovering Noosa’s boutiques, then you’ll love to stay at Seamist 6. Fresh ocean breezes and sound of the waves crashing fill the penthouse apartment, with stunning views of Sunrise Beach from the living area, veranda and Master bedroom. This light and airy penthouse apartment feels fresh and modern, with plenty of space for up to 6 adults. Direct beach access to Sunrise Beach is just across the road, and it’s only a short 4min drive or 2km walk into Sunshine Beach village with cafes, shops & restaurants. Hastings St and Noosa Main Beach are only a 9min drive away, or why not head to the Sunshine Beach Noosa National Park access and walk around the headland? You’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the coastline and pristine swimming spots! Ducted air-conditioning throughout, with open plan living, dining and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, the Master with ensuite and balcony. The real highlight is the ocean views, you could spend hours on the veranda watching the surfers or whale-watching, or enjoy a BBQ together take in the scenery. Ducted air conditioning throughout with ceiling fans. Please note: Access is via internal stairs only. No lift.

The chilled beachfront village of Sunshine Beach is set beneath a canopy of green trees and pandanus palms – perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. Stay in beachfront resorts or holiday homes, and walk to a great range of restaurants, cafes, hip bars and takeaways. It’s on the southern side of the Noosa National Park headland, about a 5-minute drive from Noosa Heads – you can even walk around the headland from Noosa Heads to Sunshine Beach (about 2.5 hours) - for stunning coastal views. Sunshine Beach is the start of a 15km stretch of open beaches with surf breaks and plenty of white sand, perfect for long walks or even a bike ride. We recommend a car however the property is near public transport, you can walk to the beach & Sunshine Beach Village & Surf club
