The main house immediately induces rest and rejuvenation, with heightened ceilings, timber floors and bespoke interiors throughout. Enjoy gathering in the expansive living space around the open fireplace, after days spent freely at nearby beaches, or within the grounds of the property; on sun drenched verandahs and savoring the in-ground heated spa. Two primary suites are accommodated in the main house, both with queen size beds, luxurious linens, plantation shutters and built-in robes. A traditionally designed bathroom services these rooms. A separate downstairs suite offers continuity of class and thought to design, accommodating two guests in a queen size bedroom, complete with ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe. The upstairs suite accessed by the outdoor veranda accommodates three guests with a queen size bedroom, a double bedroom, open plan living space, chic bathroom and wrap-around verandahs; overseeing delightfully manicured gardens and Swan Bay water glimpses. *This property also has a beautiful converted self contained garage bedsitter that can be added to your booking if you need to accommodate an extra couple or if someone would just like to have that one degree of separation and privacy. 3 night min stay Upstairs suite is accessed via an external staircase only. Bath - no baths in any of the bathrooms. TV's - 3 in living areas only. No TV's in bedrooms. There are No ceiling fans in any bedrooms. Kitchen - Rayburn/ slow combustion stove in kitchen is only decoration so is not available to use. Pets - no *Deposit or Full payment will be processed as soon as the booking is confirmed.
