We are Jen and Jess and we have owned Beechworth Short Stays since mid 2020 (where we did a LOT of learning during that difficult season in our lives!). We love this business and we do not ever want to come across as big business - we are just 2 women trying to ensure that guests have the best possible experience at our properties.

Stanley Hideaway is a gorgeous little 1 bedroom cottage located in very peaceful and private gardens. Beautifully furnished and well set out for guests to sit and enjoy the tranquility. Tucked away in a serene and whisper quiet locale, Stanley Hideaway offers a haven of solitude just a short distance from the Stanley township and 3.5kms from the town of Beechworth. It strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility making it an ideal retreat. Please be aware there is currently no wifi available at Stanley Hideaway. While the main property is onsite, your privacy and tranquility are paramount. You will be left in peaceful seclusion to bask in the comforts of the cottage and its natural surroundings. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the beautiful birdlife that graces this hideaway, creating a symphony of soothing sounds. At Stanley Hideaway we embrace your cherished pets as valued members of your family. We are thrilled to accomodate your furry companions during your stay. We kindly request that all pets be kept on a lead throughout their visit. This simple courtesy ensures that both the tranquility of the area and the local environment are respected. Stanley Hideaway goes the extra mile to ensure everyone can enjoy its charms making it the perfect choice for guests with disabilities. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed to accomodate most disabilities providing a comfortable and convenient stay for all. Please note, a small lip at the front door. Please note: one pet only & there is a one off pet fee if you are staying with pets.
