Sitting among a string of classic terrace houses, in true Sydney style, this home is at first deceiving. Stepping inside you will be surprised by its proportions, encompassing three levels, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups. Start your day on the front patio, over a coffee and your favourite book. This is a charming space to breathe in the fresh air. Inside, a full gourmet kitchen makes it easy to whip up a feast, with a large dining table to sit down and share a meal. There’s a dedicated workspace with a proper desk and chair for those needing to set up a laptop, and plush sofa seating to get cosy after a busy day. Out on the back veranda you can soak up the sun or let kids play. The property comes with four bedrooms, each beautifully presented with queen-sized beds and air-conditioning to keep things cool. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and opens straight to the front porch. The three remaining bedrooms are found upstairs and on the mezzanine. A contemporary bathroom highlights a generously sized rain shower and sleek double vanity stocked with boutique amenities for your stay. A separate toilet along with a full laundry, comprising both a washing machine and dryer, add to your everyday convenience. Parking is provided for one car in the carport.

In Sydney’s vibrant inner west, the suburb of Annandale is known for its heritage homes and charming village atmosphere. Start your day on Johnston and Booth Streets, home to a variety of boutique shops and cafes, and don’t miss local favourites Cornersmith, Stoneground Bakery and Revolver Café. Take your pick from weekend markets, including Orange Grove Farmers’ Market, Rozelle Collectors Market and Markets at Glebe all within easy reach. Get outdoors at the Glebe Foreshore or follow the picturesque Bay Run, which spans 7km of pedestrian and cycling trails around Iron Cove. Those coming for business will also be close to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and the University of Sydney.
