Perfectly set up for families with large gas heated pool, enclosed alfresco entertainment area, fire pit & fully fenced yard behind electric gates. You will love the relaxed holiday vibe this fully renovated four bedroom oasis exudes. Set up to encourage quality family time with large fully enclosed alfresco entertainment area, gas heated pool, which can be heated to 30 degrees all year round, table tennis table, foosball table & plenty of room for this kids to run and play. We have four bedrooms & two bathrooms plus multiple indoor and outdoor living areas. The fireplace has the house cosy in no time, but we have extra heaters available in the living room & bedrooms if you require them. Bedroom 1: Queen bed & ensuite (air conditioning & ceiling fan) Bedroom 2: Queen bed (ceiling fan & wall heater) Bedroom 3: Queen bed (ceiling fan & wall heater) Bedroom 4: Double bunk (single above) & single bunk plus two trundle mattresses that can easily fit in this room. Set up as a kids retreat, sleeping seven with couch, board games, TV & lots of space to play. (air conditioned & ceiling fan) The fully equipped kitchen is absolutely stunning & has everything you need to cook up a storm & a Nespresso coffee machine. Two large dining tables, one in the alfresco area and one inside. Multiple living areas with three smart TVs. Coonara wood fireplace in the living area. The solar heated pool is sure to provide hours of entertainment for the entire family. During the colder months the property has gas heating which we can place on for your visit at an extra daily cost (please note this is on top of nightly rate) the dates we offer this are from 1st May - 31st October. You will need to let us know prior to your visit.
