Centrally located, on the seafront of Blankenberge, you’ll find this particularly nice penthouse on the twelfth floor of a classy residence,. The beach is a few meters from the apartment. From two magnificent sun terraces you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the sea, city and hinterland. The large living room with lots of light, gives you an immediate fine holiday feeling. Strengths - large sun terraces : 30 m² on the front side and 20 m² on the back side - ALWAYS SUN! -> from early May to late August on the terrace in front: sun from morning to sunset -> in September and April on the terrace in front: sun from the late afternoon to sunset -> throughout the year on the back terrace: sun from morning to late afternoon - privacy on both terraces (from neighbours) - flatscreen in living- and bedroom - air conditioning - wifi - throughout a wide panoramic view of the sea and hinterland (from living- and bedroom, from both terraces) - bicycle storage - elevator to the floor - shops and restaurants nearby - station 10 minutes, tram 5 minutes - private parking place - INCLUDED: final cleaning, electricity and water consumption
An infinite sandy beach, a warren of shopping streets and a festive atmosphere: Blankenberge is one of the most popular seaside cities on the coast, thanks to the promenade that stretches far into the sea and the bustling harbour with innumerable fishing and yachting boats. You’ll find a lot of cosy restaurants, and if Art Nouveau is what you’re looking for, then Blankenberge is the place to be. The historic city of Brugge can be reached in half an hour. Also Oostend, "Queen" of the Belgian sea-side resorts, and the vibrant and fashionable city of Knokke are less than half an hour away.
