Exceptional large sun terrace with sea views as well as a breakfast terrace. This small modern and recently renovated penthouse will be able to offer you an unforgettable sea experience, in peace and quiet. It is located 50 m from the embankment and equipped with home automation. There is 1 bedroom with a 160x200 double bed with 210x200 duvets.
