Please note that there will be ongoing refurbishment work on the outside of the building from 11 September 2017 until 30 April 2018. The prices shown for these dates are reduced due to this. The refurbishment work does not affect the use of the flat.
A damage deposit of € 500 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
